At DSS Genetics, your privacy is non-negotiable. Every single order we ship leaves our facility in completely plain, unmarked packaging. There is no mention of DSS Genetics, cannabis, seeds, or any related terminology anywhere on the outside of the parcel.
Parcels are addressed from a neutral return address and sealed securely. Inside, seeds are individually wrapped and protected to ensure they arrive in perfect, viable condition. We use standard ecommerce packaging indistinguishable from any everyday online purchase.
Bank and card statements will also reflect a neutral merchant name — not DSS Genetics — so your purchase remains completely private from start to finish.

Customs & Import Responsibility
Cannabis seeds are sold by DSS Genetics strictly as collector's items for souvenir and novelty purposes. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that importing cannabis seeds is legal in their country or state. DSS Genetics cannot be held liable for orders seized or confiscated by customs authorities. By placing an order, you confirm that you are aware of, and compliant with, all applicable local laws regarding the import of cannabis seeds.

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries due to strict enforcement and high confiscation rates:

Reshipment Policy
In the event that your order is seized by customs or confirmed lost in transit, DSS Genetics offers a one-time reshipment at no extra charge, subject to the following conditions:
- The original order was shipped to a qualifying country
- You provide confirmation of confiscation if applicable
- The shipping address provided was correct
- Contact is made within 60 days of dispatch

How long does dispatch take after I place my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking details once your parcel has been shipped.
Will my order be seized at customs?
Cannabis seeds are legal collector's items in many countries. However, customs regulations vary. DSS Genetics ships in compliance with all applicable export regulations. In the event of a confiscation, please contact our support team — we offer a reshipment guarantee for qualifying orders.
Do you ship to all countries?
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to countries where the import of cannabis seeds is strictly prohibited and enforced. See our restricted countries list below for more detail.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes can be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact our support team immediately via the contact page. Once a parcel has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
My tracking shows no movement — what should I do?
International tracking updates can sometimes lag by several days. If your tracking has shown no movement for more than 10 business days (Standard) or 5 business days (Express), please contact our support team and we will investigate on your behalf.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If your order is confirmed lost (typically after 30 days for Standard, 21 days for Express), we will reship your order at no additional cost. We ask that you confirm your delivery address is correct before reshipment.
