This bud has been traced back to the early 70's when the infamous American breeder DJ Short started playing around with different landrace strains, ultimately resulting in this insanely delicious variety.

It is thought to be descended from Purple Thai X Afghan, but we will never know for sure.

Love Potion #1 is a 70% sativa strain bred by Reeferman Seeds. G13 was crossed with a Santa Marta Colombian Gold, and crossed with the Colombian Gold again to achieve this lemon and floral tinged sativa hybrid.
